Caroline Kealey is an executive facilitator and team coach specialized in communications and change leadership.

Over the last twenty-five years, Caroline has built a global practice in facilitation, training, coaching and consulting. Her signature is designing high impact interventions anchored in knowledge transfer that deliver long-term results – getting teams unstuck, recharged and aligned.

She is the developer of the Results Map®, the most comprehensive applied methodology in strategic communications and change in the world.

Caroline’s clients include Shopify, Nestle, the Bank of Canada, the House of Commons, World Duty Free Group and the United Nations.

Caroline has won national and international awards in change leadership and communication including the global Best of the Best Award presented by the International Association of Business Communicators. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Leadership Program in Organizational Change and is certified in the Conner Partners’ Strategy Execution methodology. Fluently bilingual, she holds a Master’s Degree in Canadian Politics.
