In this course, the step-by-step Project Champion Roadmap guides participants through the technical steps of identifying and prioritizing what process improvements to make while balancing the success essential of readying the team or organization to undertake change. That delicate equilibrium is not a job we can do alone especially when Rapid Change Planning in a knowledge environment. You will answer some tough questions like how to secure management support, what process to follow to engage others essential to the project’s success and how to manage your team’s buy-in. Get ready to design your BPI Blitz Event.

Francine Durivage is a bilingual Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked internationally helping organizations and governments redefine and refine their high impact objectives and delivery. Francine holds a MPM (Master of Project Management), an MCOD (Master Certificate in Organizational Development) and a B.A. in Psychology. Her energy and effective leadership enable her to strategically address the needs of today's project manager, sponsor and team members in a practical and engaging way.

Daniel Wong, BSc, MBA, has specialized in IM/IT for more than 30 years, in both the private and public sectors (municipal and federal) and has consulted in the not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He draws on his executive level experience in program delivery, people development, financial management and inter-ministerial partnerships.

Daniel is recognized as a seasoned project manager (PMP) and scrum master (PSM I) where he has led various cross functional teams to deliver complex IT projects, service renewal initiatives and business transformation in a large-scale operational and multi-client organization. Moreover, he has noteworthy experience in adult education, internal audit, environmental data analysis and coaching in lean six sigma (Black Belt), performance management and strategic thinking.

Daniel is particularly effective in building partnerships with business and IT communities.
