Program Overview

This program equips participants with tools, tips, techniques, and problem-solving from the areas of continuous improvement as well as Lean, Six Sigma, and into process design. You will be exposed to a client-focused approach, with emphasis on data-driven tools, team-based decision-making, and rigorous methodology to solve problems related to quality, time, cost, and waste. You will concentrate extensively on creating value for the team, the client, and end users. This program will help you to consider efficiency and effectiveness, while moving you towards effortless work. You will learn methods to streamline your own processes, to improve business performance, and supercharge your career.

Certificate Requirements

The program consists of 4 core courses and one elective course selected from the list.

The core courses are presented in the recommended sequence.

You must complete the program requirements within three years of the start date of your first course to be eligible to receive the program certificate.

Certified Program

The certificate's core courses are recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) ®.

They count towards the PDUs (Professional Development Units) / contact hours required to attain or maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) ® or another PMI designation.

FAQ 

How much does it cost?
You register and pay for each course individually. There is no additional charge for the certificate.

How long will the program take?
You have three years from the start date of your first course to complete the certificate program. Provided you complete all courses within three years, you can pace your learning as you wish.

What is the attendance policy?
Attendance to all courses is mandatory to receive a program certificate. Completion of each course implies that the participant has actively participated in a minimum of 90% of the course.

Is there a final exam?
No. However, participants must fully attend all courses of the program in order to obtain the certificate.

Are there any admission requirements?
No. Enrollment is open to everyone.

How do I register for the program?
Begin by registering to the course Business Process Improvement: An Introduction as it is a prerequisite to the other compulsory courses. You will be asked for proof of completion of the required courses, so make sure you keep your certificates from each course.
