Description
Delivering project and program results means navigating a daily obstacle course of challenges. A core Business Process Improvement (BPI) skill is knowing exactly what to refine and how to do it.
In this course, you’ll learn to define problems clearly, uncover root causes, validate response plans, integrate reporting and approvals, and confirm that solutions work as intended. We’ll use proven tools to guide every step—from problem identification to solution rollout, refinement, and process standardization.
Because BPI is participatory, you’ll learn when problems can be solved individually and when collaboration drives better outcomes. Through hands-on scenarios, you’ll practice applying each step and tool to your own workplace challenges.
BPI draws from Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, quality management and control, statistical process controls, Agile practices, and more.
