The University of Ottawa Professional Development Institute’s Comptrollership Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a certificate-based program developed in close cooperation with the Office of the Comptroller General of Canada, to help emerging leaders build on their skills and experiences to prepare them to take on enhanced leadership responsibilities in a dynamic and complex work environment. Participants will acquire new skills that will be immediately transferable to their current job.
Participants will be challenged by leading experts in their field in a multi-faceted and innovative program that features:
Bilingualism in the program: All program materials are available in both official languages. One of the four Action Learning Circle (ALC) groups will be conducted in French. However, participants will have the option to complete their individual coaching sessions in the official language of their choice.
