Bernard Gauthier, PhD’s background includes 35 years of communication work with clients, including the Government of Canada, national associations, and private sector organizations. He has also trained hundreds of clients in different aspects of communication. Bernard researched and developed numerous strategic communication plans working with one of Canada’s top PR agencies, allowing him to develop the CARE Model, which became the basis for his 2018 book Strategic Communication in Canada. Bernard has been a seasoned lecturer at Carleton University, in the Bachelor of Public Relations program at Conestoga Colleg,e and in the Communications Department at the University of Ottawa.
Raphael Renaux is a global management expert with 20 years of business leadership experience in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, India and East Asia. Throughout his career, Raphael has designed and implemented managerial strategies for multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams and served as a facilitator, lecturer and coach on corporate and academic forums. His research interests focus on successful team building and healthy team dynamics.
