"Amazing course! Amazing instructor! Thank you."
Description
In today’s dynamic and highly complex global economy, it is critically important for leaders in government, business and the not-for-profit sectors to be strategic thinkers. Whether the objective is to introduce a new product line or develop a new policy direction, decision makers or managers supporting the decision-making process must be able to systematically identify the goals, emerging opportunities, and possible obstacles.
This 6-hour training provides a structured approach to strategic thinking and planning, divided into four key phases: Strategic Diagnosis (Where do we stand now?), Strategic Goal Setting (Where do we want to go?), Strategy Formulation (How will we get there?), and Strategy Implementation (What actions do we need to take?).
Participants will learn to assess an organization's current situation, define strategic objectives, design actionable strategies, and plan for execution. Throughout the course, a practical case study will be used to apply the concepts, ensuring hands-on learning. By the end of the training, participants will have the tools and methods needed to think strategically and drive effective planning within their organizations.
