Elva Keip has designed and delivered courses and workshops in the adult education field for over 25 years. She uses her experience and extensive research, along with her dynamic presence and sense of humour, to provide superb training in a variety of areas. These include facilitation and instructor skills, writing skills (basic and advanced, briefing notes, speeches, summaries, and other areas), policies and procedures, and slide decks. Plain language is a key focus in all her courses. Elva also offers one-on-one coaching for individuals who prefer a personal approach to their skills development.

Caroline Gravel, M. Sc., M.A., has been working as a professional writer and publications manager for more than 20 years. As publications manager, she has led a variety of large projects ranging from complete website overhauls to writing technical guidance in support of government regulations. She facilitates writing workshops at the University of Ottawa Professional Development Institute, for the Executive MBA program at the Telfer School of Management, and has taught technical writing at UOttawa’s Département de français.

Daniel Wong, BSc, MBA, has specialized in IM/IT for more than 30 years, in both the private and public sectors (municipal and federal) and has consulted in the not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He draws on his executive level experience in program delivery, people development, financial management and inter-ministerial partnerships.

Daniel is recognized as a seasoned project manager (PMP) and scrum master (PSM I) where he has led various cross functional teams to deliver complex IT projects, service renewal initiatives and business transformation in a large-scale operational and multi-client organization. Moreover, he has noteworthy experience in adult education, internal audit, environmental data analysis and coaching in lean six sigma (Black Belt), performance management and strategic thinking.

Daniel is particularly effective in building partnerships with business and IT communities.
