Krystel Grenier Lalonde started her career in Quality Assurance and Client Relations. She has worked for the Federal Public Service for the last 18 years in domains such as statistics, finance and audit. She is currently an Internal Audit Project Lead. She holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, a P2P (Prince2 Practitioner), APMC (Advanced Project Management Certification), MoP (Management of Portfolios), and has BAs with Honors in Psychology and Sociology. Her experience and insight enables her to address the differing needs of participants as they relate to the changing landscapes of governance, controls, risks, and results at both a strategic and operational level.
Francine Durivage is a bilingual Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked internationally helping organizations and governments redefine and refine their high impact objectives and delivery. Francine holds a MPM (Master of Project Management), an MCOD (Master Certificate in Organizational Development) and a B.A. in Psychology. Her energy and effective leadership enable her to strategically address the needs of today's project manager, sponsor and team members in a practical and engaging way.
Daniel Wong, BSc, MBA, PMP, PSM-I, has specialized in IM/IT for more than 30 years, in both the private and public sectors and has consulted in the not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He draws on his experience in program delivery, people development, financial management and inter-ministerial partnerships.
Daniel is recognized as a seasoned project manager and scrum master where he has led various technical and agile teams to deliver complex IT projects, service renewal initiatives and business transformation in a large-scale operational and multi-client organization. Furthermore, he has noteworthy experience in internal audit, environmental data analysis and coaching in lean six sigma, performance management and strategic thinking.
Daniel is particularly effective in building partnerships with business and IT communities.
