Description

Project cost management is not just a finance task. It influences decisions, scope, risk, timelines, and stakeholder confidence from start to finish. When estimates are weak or budgets are unrealistic, projects pay the price through surprises, rework, and difficult trade-offs.

This course gives you a clear four-step method to manage the financial dimension of a project with confidence and discipline. You will work through the full cost management cycle and learn practical tools and techniques you can apply immediately:

  • Plan Financial Management
  • Estimate Costs
  • Develop the Budget
  • Control Costs

By the end of the course, you will be better equipped to prevent cost issues before they occur and respond quickly when they do. The course also supports learners preparing for the PMP® exam by addressing some of the most challenging cost management question areas.
