Description
6 PDUs
In every successful project, there’s more than a plan—there’s a team that believes in a shared purpose. This course explores how to transform a group of individuals into a cohesive, high-performing project team. Participants will learn how to establish trust, foster collaboration across boundaries, and align diverse personalities and roles toward common objectives. Through a number of in-course challenges, self-assessments, and interactive exercises, you’ll explore proven techniques for enhancing communication, resolving conflict, and motivating people in complex, fast-paced environments.
Whether you’re leading a project, contributing as a team member, or managing multiple stakeholder groups, you’ll leave this course with actionable strategies to build commitment, strengthen relationships, and sustain team performance from project kickoff to close-out.
