Karima Kara is a bilingual facilitator, coach and mediator. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from McGill University and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. She has contributed to various leadership initiatives in public and private sectors in Canada and abroad. Karima is also a Qualified Facilitator for various tools including the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0 and 360), the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s The Working Mind and Google’s Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Training on Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
