Description

In our current fast-paced and constantly-changing work environments, professionals are expected to show initiative, be accountable, collaborate with others and demonstrate agility in their roles. These leadership skills along with active listening and questioning skills that support, guide and draw insights out of the people they work with to foster engagement and innovation are required for success.

In this course, participants will learn how to integrate coaching skills into their day to day conversations with others through using a simple, yet effective coaching process and by leading powerful structured conversations that create positive change. You will have the opportunity to engage in both the role of coach and coachee, and you will be invited to actively participate and display a level of sharing and openness with other participants in the class. Additionally, you will learn essential coaching skills that you will be able to apply in different scenarios (e.g., How do you have difficult conversations and deal with interpersonal conflicts? How do you handle complaints? How do you optimize performance? How do you leverage strengths to accomplish deliverables?) These skills will help improve your productivity, enhance your decision-making and increase your interpersonal effectiveness.

With coaching, you will be able to create positive change and achieve extraordinary results, for yourself and others.
