Our Coaches

Our team of coaches is made up of individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds with work experience in both the public and private sectors. All of our coaches have  a master’s from a recognized university as well as certification from a coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation. They offer services in both English and French.

Nikki Clarke, M.A., ACC, is a professional coach and has a wide range of experience working in both the public and private sector. She has worked in human resource management in the high tech sector and as a coach with federal public sector employees and students at the University of Ottawa. She is certified as a coach through the International Coaching Federation and coaches professionals and executives in the areas of leadership development, effective communication, emotional and social intelligence, optimal performance, leading teams, transitions and career development. She has delivered numerous workshops to various government departments and agencies, private sector employers and presented at both provincial and national conferences.

Carole Norton, M.A., PCC, CPCC, is a leadership and organizational development coach with considerable public sector leadership experience.  Carole’s curiosity in relation to high performance and organizational culture led her to obtain coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Co-active Training Institute (CTI), along with enhanced training in Narrative Coaching and Conversational Intelligence (CI-Q), and a graduate diploma in conflict resolution (Carleton University).    Carole coaches in the areas of leadership development and performance effectiveness (both for individuals and groups/teams), organizational culture including change and conflict management, and effective communication.  Carole is certified with Lumina Learner psychometric tools (e.g. Lumina Leader & Lumina Leader 360, Spark).

Hélène Robert, M.Ed., CCC, is a Leadership Coach and a Career Counsellor. She holds a Master’s in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa and is a certified counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Hélène has also completed two coaching training, one with Integral Coaching Canada and the other with Erickson College in Vancouver. She is certified with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) with Psychometrics Canada. Hélène has more than 15 years experience in career counselling and leadership development in both the private and community sector as well as with the federal public service.

Maryse St-Denis, MBA, M. Ed., ACC, is a certified professional coach with a passion for human development and organizational evolution. With nearly 30 years of management and consulting experience, she has led functions and teams and implemented major organizational changes. She works with leaders and professionals who want to be agile, inspired and inspiring, and who aim to create a high-performance culture that also values, mobilizes and engages individuals. Maryse teaches human approaches to management as part of the management course at the École des Sciences de la Gestion and interpersonal communication at Carleton University’s Sprott Business School. She has also led numerous leadership development workshops.
