Caroline Kealey is an internationally recognized communications strategist, change facilitator, trainer and author with over 20 years of experience in her field. Fluently bilingual, she is known as a pioneer in exploring the intersection between strategic communications and change and serves as Director and Lead Instructor of the new Institute for Strategic Communications & Change at the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Continuing Education.
