“Resilience is NOT a trait that people either have or do not have. It involves behaviours, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone.” The American Psychological Association
Join us in exploring resilience as a practice – as a long-term approach to support you in your work and personal lives. A practice is something you do habitually over time for the purpose of improving and eventually mastering that something. Mastering resilience will support you in becoming more focused, more productive, more agile, more emotionally aware, and more connected to your purpose, and the purpose of your team and organization. Through resilience skills, we master the ability to bounce forward from adversity, connect with others, and discover flow in our life and work.
This course will support you in strengthening your resilience practice to establish it as a daily health and wellness habit (like eating healthy and exercising).
This course requires active participation by all participants. Participants will be required to work and discuss concepts in small groups via breakout rooms.
