Cybersecurity Management and Implementation

This course builds on the participants’ knowledge gained from the Introduction to Cybersecurity course, with a broad discussion and review of cybersecurity risks and treatment techniques faced by all organizations, including threat and risk assessments, data breaches, root cause analysis, operational, financial, and strategic risks.

Participants will review various risk treatment alternatives including the implementation of recognized standards.

As an exercise participants, will develop a preliminary implementation strategy for on-premises versus cloud or shared services from through a cybersecurity lens.
