Communicating Under Pressure

In a perfect world, there is always enough time to think things through and communicate with calm and confidence—but what about when the pressure is on? Reputations are won and lost in unexpected and stressful situations, where careful planning is impossible and the ability to “think on your feet” can make all the difference. Whether you’re pitching to the C-Suite, wooing a potential customer, running a meeting—or just called upon to speak up in one—this workshop will help you to say it right the first time, every time. This workshop uses exercises, simulations, and Harvard case studies to help participants identify their own strengths and weaknesses to build customized approaches for real-life scenarios with subordinates, superiors, peers, or clients.
