This is a successor course to "Clear, Concise Writing".
Over 12 online hours, students will hone their clear writing skills for different types of communications, including briefing notes, e-mails, memos, speechwriting and public relations.
The first 6 hours are devoted to advanced principles for clear communication, while the second 6 hours include an advanced writing exercise (under a simulated tight deadline) with structured feedback from peers and the instructor.
