Creativity and innovation are inextricably linked. Innovation enables us to operationalize and commercialize novel or “creative” ideas, transforming them into new products, processes, and business models that generate value and lead to organizational or industry transformation.

This two-day course provides the participants with specific techniques to boost their creative abilities and introduces Design Thinking as a leading strategy for innovation in an organizational setting. Through a series of case studies and exercises, you will learn how to harness your creative energies to formulate innovative solutions to specific business challenges, both large and small.

During this course, the participants will have the opportunity to apply the design thinking methodology to their own topics where innovation is required.

Raphael Renaux is a global management expert with 20 years of business leadership experience in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, India and East Asia. Throughout his career, Raphael has designed and implemented managerial strategies for multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and served as a facilitator, lecturer and coach on corporate and academic forums. His research interests focus on successful team building and healthy team dynamics.

Overall a very good workshop. I think this would be extremely useful for management & decision makers as I will try to implement these new tools.
