Applied Strategic Planning

Overview

Globalization, 24/7 communications, new demographics, security concerns, unprecedented energy demands: these are the forces shaping today’s organizations. All conspire to challenge our ability to anticipate and respond to change. As the future becomes more difficult to predict, we need to put together applied strategic plans that are flexible enough to consider a variety of futures and to develop options for meeting each of them.

This course guides participants through a practical approach to developing and enhancing the skills necessary for ensuring the survival and growth of their organizations in turbulent times.
