Project Communication: Boosting Results

Overview

12 PDUs

Effective communication can increase executive support, build a sense of purpose and ensure project team focus.  Most projects produce a lot of information, and there is a real danger of overwhelming our stakeholders. However, well-thought-out, targeted communication can hone our approach.

This workshop will feature a two-pronged approach to building effective communication.  First, we will explore and determine the timing and content of communication required by stakeholders to stay informed and make decisions. Second, we will determine our communication style and practice dealing with challenging communication typical of a project environment, while acquiring the tools and templates to streamline project communication exchanges.

No prerequisites
