With limited resources available to organizations, only projects that most convincingly demonstrate that their benefits justify their costs are approved. Developing an effective business case requires judgement, analytical expertise, and skill at project marketing. The analyst must demonstrate professionalism, objectivity, and the ability to succinctly present their results and recommendations. This workshop explores the key processes that a project manager or sponsor would employ to demonstrate a business case for a project.
