Description

This course will allow participants to know which of the six types of problem solving to use for which type of problem. Based on mastering the first and second, we are able to follow a streamlined path to applying problem solving. Participants learn to track results without letting the ‘checking’ turn into an administrative nightmare. Particular attention will be placed on keeping the right people informed, what to report on, and how to determine when the solution is working and when it needs adjusting. You will apply at least one core tool for each step and be introduced to alternatives tools to allow for options in differing circumstances.

Prerequisite: BPI: An Introduction
