Overview
18 PDUs
Creative processes such as developing an ad campaign, forecasting outcomes in changing circumstances, or a mid-project redirecting of priorities are all reasons to modify our plan rather than blindly sticking to pre-determined targets. A flexible and agile process allows the project to focus on getting the right results while keeping in mind the realities of time and money.
Agile projects provide an ongoing stream of deliverables and results providing something usable and concrete. This means focusing on smaller tasks and redesigning as we receive input from the business area, the client, and the technical specialists.
The agile tools and techniques we will learn to use can be applied to any project, industry, or market as we enable innovation, accelerate responsiveness, and maximize effective use of resources. In addition to agile tools, the workshop itself will be conducted using agile processes to provide insight and familiarize participants with the processes.
