Time and Energy Management

Overview

In today’s world, we easily get caught up in the web of daily emergencies, priorities, and pressures that prevent us from stepping back, thinking strategically about our workload, and bringing structure and purpose to our personal and professional lives. Measured time is always ticking away at the same speed, but as urgent tasks and deadlines multiply, we might find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and demotivated. We need to work smarter, not harder.

This workshop teaches you how to leverage your 4 sources of energy (physical, emotional, spiritual & mental) and how to manage your time more efficiently by organizing, prioritizing, planning and executing your activities, even when time is tight and pressures are high. This workshop provides tools and techniques to help participants become more productive, more effective, and, most importantly, more fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.
