Time and Energy Management

In today’s world, we easily get caught up in the web of daily emergencies, priorities, and pressures that prevent us from stepping back, thinking strategically about our workload, and bringing structure and purpose to our personal and professional lives. Measured time is always ticking away at the same speed, but as urgent tasks and deadlines multiply, we might find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and demotivated. We need to work smarter, not harder.

This workshop teaches you how to leverage your 4 sources of energy (physical, emotional, spiritual & mental) and how to manage your time more efficiently by organizing, prioritizing, planning and executing your activities, even when time is tight and pressures are high. This workshop provides tools and techniques to help participants become more productive, more effective, and, most importantly, more fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.

  • Reviewing the four energy pillars
  • Defining your short-term and long-term goals
  • Regaining control of your agenda and your mailbox rather than suffering through it
  • Differentiating between urgent and important tasks, allowing you to better control your work
  • Learning strategies to deal with time wasters; some well-known, others less obvious

  • Supervisors, team leaders and administrative personnel wishing to explore new approaches to validate the most important question: “what’s the best use of my time right now?”
