Eeksha Kohli is a global HR professional, with experience across Oil & Gas, Energy, Technology, and Manufacturing environments. In the last 14 years, she has developed expertise in Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, Employee relations, and HR Project Management.

She is currently the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Sensia Limited, a joint venture between Rockwell Automation and Schlumberger, where she provides strategic guide rails to Sensia’s compensation and benefits philosophy and implements programs to align it with the business goals for the organization. She previously worked with Schlumberger, the world’s largest oilfield services company, supporting US and Canadian Operations in areas of Compensation Management, Project Management, Employee Services, Talent Development, and Continuous Improvement. Eeksha is also passionate about helping individuals take their careers to the next level. She is the Program Director at Pinkcareers where she designs and facilitates career development programs and custom workshops for organizations.

Eeksha has worked in India, Singapore, US, and Canada and is currently based out of Edmonton, Alberta. In her free time, she enjoys taking road trips and exploring the Canadian outdoors with her husband and two young kids.

 

Richa Bansal is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience in corporate strategy, operations, engineering, supply chain, and program management. She is currently a Senior Program Manager with Amazon, where she is implementing strategic programs to enable their global recruiting functions to hire the best talent. She previously worked with Schlumberger, the world’s largest oilfield services company, leading engineering projects for one of their fastest-growing product lines.

As one of the only women in the room for most of her career, Richa has seen first-hand the struggles of women as they navigate the corporate ladder. In 2019, she founded Pinkcareers with the mission to close the gender gap in the c-suite by bringing straightforward career advice and leadership coaching to rising women leaders. Richa has partnered with over 15 Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and universities to deliver career development workshops and training programs to over 2,500 professional women through her social enterprise. She is also a guest contributor for Forbes, Thrive Global and OilWoman Magazine. Richa is passionate about speaking and writing on the power of personal branding, mentoring, and managing up for accelerating career growth.

Richa earned a Bachelor’s from IIT Delhi in India, a Master’s from Purdue University, and an MBA from Rice University. When she is not working on Pinkcareers, she loves to travel the world with her husband and two little boys.
