Description

Change is a fact of life in organizations today. Change management is about changing the way people work. While change makes an organization a dynamic and vibrant place to work, it also introduces uncertainty and presents challenges for the people and teams who need leadership, support and guidance. Successful change management requires an inclusive, open-minded process for decision making including a communications strategy for engaging stakeholders and managing expectations.

Through this course, using a variety of adult learning approaches including case studies and exercises, participants will learn and apply tools and techniques for managing change in their organizations and will be introduced to various models and approaches to organizational change, overcoming individual and organizational resistance, and change leadership. This course provides a solid foundation covering the what, why and how of managing the people side of change to deliver results.
