Or does it just feel difficult getting a discussion launched? This is a complex world, to succeed we all need information, input, and support from those around us. Effective communication and respectful dialogue are paramount to everything we do.

You will explore techniques to create more inclusive discussion. We will discuss how these techniques apply to meetings, presentations, and workshops. Specific situations will be actively explored, and these can be modified to include example situations proposed by participants. During this course, you will develop concrete strategies to create interactive dialogue in your work environment.
