Integrative Peacebuilding and Complex Global Challenges (IPB-CGC)

IPB-CGC is designed for people engaged in programs and policies that foster sustained peace in conflict situations such as climate change, fragile states, gender power-parity, corporate global responsibility, systemic corruption, deep rifts based on ethnicity, race, and religion.

A host of governmental and non-governmental organizations devote themselves to addressing these problems, often in a fragmented and siloed way. An integrative approach brings intention to working together in mutually collaborative ways that exemplify adaptability, foster creativity, model inclusivity, strengthen trust, and draw on the strengths of the human spirit.
