Cloud Security Essentials   II 

Overview

Participants will learn how to identify the security benefits and responsibilities when using the Cloud; describe the access control and management features; the different data encryption methods to secure sensitive data; and how to determine which services can be used for security logging and monitoring.

Prerequisite: Cloud Security Essentials I

 

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
  • Explain the core issues of cloud computing such as security, privacy, and interoperability;
  • Explain emerging Cloud related trends including Hybrid Multicloud, Microservices, Serverless, Cloud Native, DevOps and Application Modernization;
  • Choose the appropriate technologies, algorithms, and approaches for the related issues;
  • Create a Cloud account and work hands-on with Cloud services, such as AWS, Google, and Azure.
